Note to all our visitors/customers
As you may have noticed we're currently undergoing some troubles with getting our orders out to our customers. Therefor we have decided to not take any new (online) orders anymore until we've sorted our customers that have bought something through us first, before it get's out of hand and before everybody starts talking shit about us without knowing whats up.
We have created this email address "customerservice@24kbikes.com" for people that are currently having problems or questions regarding their placed orders. (Placed orders only, if you need info about anything else, please use our regular email, hello@24kbikes.com
We would be more than happy to reply you and sort things out and give an explanation where it's due.
As we said, we will not take any online orders at the moment until these issues have cleared.
Apart from the aforementioned we can tell you in advance that the shop will be undergoing some changes too. We will focus mainly on trick related bikes/parts since that's the area where we can specialize in.
Everybody that knows us, knows we only ride tricks. And apart from that, all the "other" fixed gear parts are nowadays widely available through even the LBS' s that before fixed gear blew up always were against selling fixed gear parts because it's "only a fad" (in their words).
We started selling fixed gear parts in 2008, when there was nothing available in The Netherlands (and in a lot of other European countries). Now that it's becoming more and more widely available, we don't see the need for us to be offering these parts.
Therefor we will filter our assortment of bikes/frames and parts and will mainly focus on trick related items. We already offered BMX parts, but we'll add BMX bikes and frames to our assortment as well. Of course we will still be selling some basic parts like track-cranks, handlebars and pedals and such, but our focus will mainly be on tricks and trick-related bikes and bikeparts.
This will be in a later stadium of the year though.
Like we said, we first want to sort out our existing customers who have had some troubles with us recently.
